Starting an online service provider which provides a platform

Hi, would like to know what are the tax implications in starting an online service platform, which is to bring providers together, like Grab bringing car drivers together to service customers, but in my case, the revenue goes straight to the providers after deducting commission?

Applicable tax implication will depends on the industry you are involving and the laws governing it. In the case of Grab, it is governed by Ministry of Transport under the Land Transport Commission. Any tax that are relevant to the business apply, regardless of your revenue model.
