Fund to commercialize my apps

hello,


i am an IT developer . Recently finished develop 1 app mobile in e-commerce. i develop by myself include mobile apps, background server system, hosting, payment gateway and etc. I need help and fund to make this apps popular. Need marketing expertise and fund to advertise it. Where should i go ? Please help Magic
