If I am not wrong, you may keep the name similar to your sole prop when you register a new company as the sole prop is registered under your name.
I recommend talking to a company secretary on this matter. Ideally get one with Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) background, so that they can best help you transfer existing assets from your sole prop to your new company. They would be able to best advise you.
