Legality of possible business in Malaysia

Hi Magic, Do you guys have any lawyer with you guys? Usually how can we make sure our business or startup is legal? Besides, do you guys have any contact in Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia or Malaysia Medicine council as I have some concern regarding act 564 Telemedicine act 1997.

Hi, in general, the legality of a business depends on the:
1) Nature of business
2) Geographical location of your business
This is due to the different state laws imposed. For legal advises, it is best for you to get in contact with any agent of authority.
