What type of company should my startup be registered as ?

I am foreigner with a team of 4 other people. we are planing to register as a licensed company to obtain legal rights such as loans and be able to issue permits and have a trademark among other things. what's the recommended entity type "Ltd, Sdn Bhd, .. ?"

Hi Nour,

If all 4 of your team members will have equity in the company, incorporate a private limited company ( Sdn Bhd). Plus, Sdn Bhd type is commonly required to obtain loan.
