We are the developer and owner of the MAGIC brand of devices . We are now moving full swing into commercialization of our devices and we would like to work on programs to provide distributorship opportunity to our Malaysian young entrepreneurs to take up and also at the same time , help us to bring this home grown brand device worldwide . Our device is currently being distributed through Courts Malaysia and we are looking to oversea market in near term . This will provide our young entrepreneurs an opportunity to kick start their business . We can tailor made to see how we can support them to start off and grow from there . Pertaining to your question, generally the franchise system in Malaysia is the “business unit” concept whereby you are required to setup the business concept such shop lot, kiosk, mobile or etc. Therefore, try to think about your business concept I mentioned and then apply for the franchise license from Ministry of Domestic Trade, Consumerism and Cooperative (MDTCC). But take note, the principle requirement required at least 3 years in business operation prior for registration.
