In a big picture, MaGIC mission is to catalyse the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Malaysia, bringing together the abundant resources from partners and communities alike, and to develop entrepreneurs of enduring, high growth startups that will make positive impact at a regional or global scale.

My first recommendation is that you go for an exposure and training program. MaGIC is offering MaGIC Startup Academy for this purpose. You may also wants to check out Technology Park Malaysia programs. By then, you would have an idea what kind of problem you would want to solve and products/services to develop for your startup.
