TPM is a private or public organization?

how government protect it?

if the park is a private organization what business model is?

how is relation of internal department in park ?

how the relationship of industries- university and intreprenures manage in park?

what is equity programs in park?

how park protect of intellectual property?

I can't find much details on starting up of social entrepreneurship in Malaysia, especially on the regulation, legal aspect, taxation etc. The social enterprise I want to do is going to be run by all senior citizen.....
