First of all, I'd like to express a big thank you to MaGIC for launching so many entrepreneurial programs to support innovation. I've learned a lot in participating in these programs.


I was wondering if there are any available channel at MaGIC to find Angel Investors? I would like to do a pitch and am seeking to raise funds for business expansion. My business is at the user acquisition and pre-revenue stage.

TPM is a private or public organization?

how government protect it?

if the park is a private organization what business model is?

how is relation of internal department in park ?

how the relationship of industries- university and intreprenures manage in park?

Forwarding Enquiry: Funding for Development Product

My name is Dr Khairul Faizi, im a Medical Doctor with interests in a unified healthcare information exchange between healthcare providers. I own a small Hospital down north and had worked in a Emergency department of an IT hospital. Which is why i know information exchange is a crucial problem to be be solved because

1. multiple systems in use, hence a patient info is 'stuck' in one hospital
2. Too many information needed to be transfered
3. Compliance of doctors to enter the information- not friendly and time consuming interface.
4. information is crucial in every step of management of a patient- from diagnosis to dischagre.

I have been working with 2 friends of mine who are programmers themselves for the past few months on how to make the interface simple for doctors to use, enables healthcare providers to receive information on the patient at the tip of their fingers and enables management of patients to be optimized, a project we named as REMEDi.

I see a lot of support that MaGIC can provide but how and where to start?
We have a under development product which is very promising but commitments seems to become a barrier to all of us.

I hope MaGIC can provide more information as to
1. Help us make this product a 'Malaysian' global product to be used for all healthcare providers
2. Help us to secure funding necessary for this process

Forwarding Enquiry: Advice needed for a new startup

Hi Magic team,

I am Sabrina from the Localusher team and we are working on a new idea. We are going to provide a platform to connect the locals in Malaysia to travelers who want a most authentic taste of Malaysia. The locals will bring the travelers around based on their interests.
We are very excited about this idea because we love traveling and are passionate in bringing out hidden gems in Malaysia to the world. We already have a website at www.localusher.com and we are currently talking to interested locals who are keen on being localushers.
However, we have some doubts regarding the legal aspects. Do we have to apply for a license to do this? We have just submitted an application to Cradle but to be honest, we have no funding for now except for what we can pool out ourselves. We most certainly prefer to not commit to any monetary burdens before we actually achieve anything. But we do not want to fall into any illegal category too.
Thus, we need some expert advice on this. Thanks for taking the time to consider our questions.
