Hi,
I wonder what is the chance of building a successful hardware startup? I have ideas of a wearable device but no prototype yet, so it is difficult to raise fund to even start to do any testing of the idea.
I have sent my application to many US angel investors such as Y-Combinator, Founders Fund, 500 startup etc. But no reply.
However, when I send the idea to MIT's professor at Multimedia Lab (Pattie Maes) she thinks it's a good idea and even ask me to join her lab.

If I rent a co-working space in Magic (permanent), can I use magic address as my company address when I incorporate my company with SSM?
