Great website/app idea- where do I go from here?
I have this great idea for website that can be turned into an app too. I don't know how to develop it. But I have all the concepts and plans for it.
Questions:
Do I need to get my idea copyrighted before engaging any developer?
I need help to have a developer to develop it and funds to start it. Where can help on this? Will Magic be able to help? What kind of preparation should I plan ahead for my idea to be heard and considered by any agency?

Forwarding Enquiry: Innovative idea of GPS & Broadband
I have one new innovative idea of GPS & Broadband incorporated video cam device to reduce accident on road. I am confident this device can help reduce the accident on road about 20-30%. A simple device cost about rm500-rm800/200-300USD, which incorporated into the car. This program can even incorporate with the GPS system for better community navigation experience. But, I have lack of the fund, software & technology to work out for the final device. .
On the road, each car already becomes a fragile entity that expose to much risks. Thus, we need a proper & systematic system to protect them from any threads that lead to casualty.
I have prepared the proposal for this device. But, I had no idea to propose this idea to any company. Can I get the advice from MAGIC about this? Thanks for the advice.

I am looking at developing a mobile application and thereafter a web app, on IBM platform. At this stage I am seeking to open up a company (Sdn Bhd) in Malaysia for both funding and to pay developers to do the development work.
I need the funding approved asap so development work can commence during my stay in malaysia. I noted your magic program is offering some internship type opportunities, I am happy to pay some of your good developers through your eco system. Ideally candidates who has worked with IBM worklight or Bluemix is ideal but will work with anyone with HTML5, CSS or Javascript abilities.
I will only hire Malaysian staff if I can get grant funding awarded to me, I noted there are several programmes that can provide grant funding, Innocert or MSC. I would appreciate some assistance in helping me weed through best option.

With regards to obtaining land for agriculture, you can apply for idle land lots compiled by Department of Agriculture here.
